  • Cleaning Fee: $475/stay

  • Minimum length of stay is 2 nights
  • Rates may be higher on weekends and holidays

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 60 days before check-in: Full Refund
  • 30-60 days before check-in: 50% Refund
  • Less than 30 days before check-in: No Refund

HOUSE RULES

  • No Smoking Indoors
  • No pets allowed
  • Only plastic drinkware in basement. No glass
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
